How it works
You start with your average img tag with a "icon" class assigned to it.

Within the CSS set the background color and chose the framing background image:
- icons/bg_rounded.gif
- icons/bg_rounded_ne.gif
- icons/bg_rounded_nw.gif
- icons/bg_rounded_se.gif
- icons/bg_rounded_sw.gif
